Za čiščenje preprosto sperite povodec pod tekočo vodo ali uporabite blago milo in mehko krtačko za temeljitejšo nego. Pri manjši umazaniji zadostuje že vlažna krpa. Pranje v pralnem stroju ni potrebno, če pa se zanj odločite, povodec vedno perite v zaščitni vrečki za občutljivo perilo.
